Service Description
The Blueprint Strategy Retainer is designed to support decision-making, sequencing, refinement, and sustainable business direction through ongoing strategic guidance. This is ongoing strategic support for founders who want clarity, structure, and consistent forward movement without rebuilding their business every month. Best suited for: offer refinement and positioning business structure and sequencing capacity-aware planning messaging refinement launch and rollout planning strategic decision support clarifying next steps without overwhelm What you receive each month: 1–2 Strategy Assets, depending on tier A prioritized next-step implementation plan Strategy calls or async review, depending on tier Strategy Assets may include: Direction Assets: pattern mapping, sequencing, synthesis, capacity-fit planning Optimization Assets: offer refinement, messaging refinement, or conversion-risk review for one page or offer How it works: Submit a request, goal, offer, or page I deliver the Strategy Asset along with your next-step plan We review together via call or async feedback, depending on tier Boundaries: Strategy only. Implementation, design, and full copywriting are separate services. One request may be active at a time. Higher tiers may run two concurrent requests. One revision round is included per asset. Points expire monthly and do not roll over.
Cancellation Policy
1. Pricing and duration The investment for a Brand Consultation is $35.00 USD for a 30-minute session. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your consultation slot. 2. Booking, payment, and intake form All consultations are booked and paid through our website via Wix. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. After booking, you’ll be directed to complete a brief Client Intake Form to help us understand your goals in advance. The intake form is required. If your session is more than 24 hours away, the form must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. If your session is within 24 hours, the form must be submitted as soon as possible after booking, and no later than 2 hours before your scheduled start time. If the intake form is not submitted by the required deadline, the session will be treated as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 3. Rescheduling and cancellations We understand life happens. Please review our policies: Rescheduling (48+ hours’ notice): You may reschedule one time if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Contact: hello@11designstudio.net Rescheduling (under 48 hours): Treated as a cancellation; the $35 fee is non-refundable. Cancellations (48+ hours): Fully refundable. Cancellations (under 48 hours): Non-refundable. 4. Lateness and no-shows Late arrivals: Sessions begin promptly. If you arrive late, your session will be shorter (example: 10 minutes late = 20-minute session). No-shows: If you do not join within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be marked as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 5. Meeting details All consultations are held virtually via Zoom, unless otherwise noted. A secure meeting link will be included in your confirmation email. Please test your camera, microphone, and internet connection in advance. Thank you for respecting our time and process.
