Service Description

Business Architecture Intensive A high-level strategic restructuring experience designed to help founders create a more sustainable, functional, and scalable business ecosystem. This intensive evaluates the structure behind your offers, delivery flow, client experience, boundaries, positioning, and operational rhythm to identify areas of friction, overextension, inefficiency, or misalignment. From there, the business is strategically restructured to support greater clarity, ease, consistency, and long-term expansion. Includes: Offer ecosystem evaluation and refinement Client experience and delivery flow restructuring Boundary and capacity guidance Positioning and operational refinement Strategic restructuring recommendations A revised operating rhythm designed for sustainability and growth How it works: After booking, you will complete a short intake form. We begin with a live strategy session, followed by an asynchronous review and restructuring process. Final recommendations, revised structure, and implementation direction are delivered with clear next steps. Implementation services such as copywriting, design execution, website updates, system setup, and automation may be added separately if ongoing support is needed. Investment varies by scope and complexity. Focused Intensive — starting at $3,000 Expanded Intensive — starting at $7,500 Full Architecture Intensive — starting at $12,000


Cancellation Policy

1. Pricing and duration The investment for a Brand Consultation is $35.00 USD for a 30-minute session. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your consultation slot. 2. Booking, payment, and intake form All consultations are booked and paid through our website via Wix. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. After booking, you’ll be directed to complete a brief Client Intake Form to help us understand your goals in advance. The intake form is required. If your session is more than 24 hours away, the form must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. If your session is within 24 hours, the form must be submitted as soon as possible after booking, and no later than 2 hours before your scheduled start time. If the intake form is not submitted by the required deadline, the session will be treated as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 3. Rescheduling and cancellations We understand life happens. Please review our policies: Rescheduling (48+ hours’ notice): You may reschedule one time if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Contact: hello@11designstudio.net Rescheduling (under 48 hours): Treated as a cancellation; the $35 fee is non-refundable. Cancellations (48+ hours): Fully refundable. Cancellations (under 48 hours): Non-refundable. 4. Lateness and no-shows Late arrivals: Sessions begin promptly. If you arrive late, your session will be shorter (example: 10 minutes late = 20-minute session). No-shows: If you do not join within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be marked as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 5. Meeting details All consultations are held virtually via Zoom, unless otherwise noted. A secure meeting link will be included in your confirmation email. Please test your camera, microphone, and internet connection in advance. Thank you for respecting our time and process.
