Platform: Wix Studio (no-code) Immersive Web Design treats your website as a designed experience rather than a collection of pages. Each site is built with intention around flow, pacing, visual hierarchy, and emotional tone so visitors feel oriented, calm, and clear as they move through your brand. This service is ideal for founders who want their website to feel intentional, navigable, and emotionally aligned, not automated or generic. While the platform is no code, the process is highly considered and bespoke. Every decision is made to support clarity, ease, and long-term use rather than trends or shortcuts. Investment varies based on scope, scale, and the level of customization required. The result is a digital space that feels cohesive, steady, and thoughtful, designed to guide visitors naturally and support confident decision-making.
Cancellation Policy
1. Pricing and duration The investment for a Brand Consultation is $35.00 USD for a 30-minute session. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your consultation slot. 2. Booking, payment, and intake form All consultations are booked and paid through our website via Wix. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. After booking, you’ll be directed to complete a brief Client Intake Form to help us understand your goals in advance. The intake form is required. If your session is more than 24 hours away, the form must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. If your session is within 24 hours, the form must be submitted as soon as possible after booking, and no later than 2 hours before your scheduled start time. If the intake form is not submitted by the required deadline, the session will be treated as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 3. Rescheduling and cancellations We understand life happens. Please review our policies: Rescheduling (48+ hours’ notice): You may reschedule one time if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Contact: hello@11designstudio.net Rescheduling (under 48 hours): Treated as a cancellation; the $35 fee is non-refundable. Cancellations (48+ hours): Fully refundable. Cancellations (under 48 hours): Non-refundable. 4. Lateness and no-shows Late arrivals: Sessions begin promptly. If you arrive late, your session will be shorter (example: 10 minutes late = 20-minute session). No-shows: If you do not join within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be marked as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 5. Meeting details All consultations are held virtually via Zoom, unless otherwise noted. A secure meeting link will be included in your confirmation email. Please test your camera, microphone, and internet connection in advance. Thank you for respecting our time and process.
