Service Description
This is scheduled production, not on-call support. Monthly production retainer is best for: ongoing collateral (digital + print) ongoing website updates (sections, landing pages, refreshes) monthly content design support (templates, carousels, brand visuals) campaign rollouts (launch assets across formats) brand consistency upkeep (systemizing visuals, refining assets, updates) Includes: 10 points/month from the Production Menu Two delivery drops per month (ex: 2nd + 4th week) Two check-ins per month (async or Zoom) One request channel only 24–48 hour response window (for messages, not delivery) 1 revision round included per drop deliverables (not hours) 2 delivery drops/month 2 check-ins/month Check-ins: 2 per month Option 1: async feedback via Loom + comments Option 2: 30-min Zoom (only if needed) Unused points do not roll Response time: messages answered within 1 business day
Cancellation Policy
1. Pricing and duration The investment for a Brand Consultation is $35.00 USD for a 30-minute session. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your consultation slot. 2. Booking, payment, and intake form All consultations are booked and paid through our website via Wix. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. After booking, you’ll be directed to complete a brief Client Intake Form to help us understand your goals in advance. The intake form is required. If your session is more than 24 hours away, the form must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. If your session is within 24 hours, the form must be submitted as soon as possible after booking, and no later than 2 hours before your scheduled start time. If the intake form is not submitted by the required deadline, the session will be treated as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 3. Rescheduling and cancellations We understand life happens. Please review our policies: Rescheduling (48+ hours’ notice): You may reschedule one time if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations (under 48 hours): Non-refundable. 4. Lateness and no-shows Late arrivals: Sessions begin promptly. If you arrive late, your session will be shorter (example: 10 minutes late = 20-minute session). No-shows: If you do not join within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be marked as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 5. Meeting details All consultations are held virtually via Zoom, unless otherwise noted. A secure meeting link will be included in your confirmation email. Please test your camera, microphone, and internet connection in advance. Thank you for respecting our time and process.
