Cancellation Policy

Effective December10,2025 Overview This session is a sacred space designed to bring you grounded clarity, energetic alignment, and next-step awareness. By booking this consultation, you agree to the following terms so that we can maintain an experience rooted in trust, intention, and mutual respect. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your session up to 24 hours in advance using the link provided in your confirmation email. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session are non-refundable. No-shows or missed sessions without prior notice will be marked as completed and are not eligible for refund or reschedule. If an emergency arises, please email us at [insert your email] and we’ll do our best to accommodate with care and understanding. For Async Sessions Async consults (via voice note or written response) will be delivered within 3–5 business days of your chosen date. You’ll receive a confirmation once your session is queued, and a delivery notice once complete. No live meeting will take place. If you prefer a live session, please book that option instead. Payment & Refunds Payment is due in full at the time of booking. This service is non-refundable unless cancelled more than 24 hours in advance. If we are unable to fulfill your session due to unforeseen circumstances on our end, you will be offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund. What You’ll Receive A 60-minute clarity session (live or async) based on your energy and preference Customized insights based on your business, brand, or personal rhythm A written Clarity Document delivered within 48–72 hours after your session Space to express communication preferences + energy pacing Additional Notes This service is not a substitute for legal, financial, or medical advice.
