The Experiential Brand Suite™ The Experiential Brand Suite™ is a high-level brand reinvention designed to reshape how your business looks, feels, communicates, and functions as a complete experience. This offering combines identity design, strategic positioning, messaging direction, and digital presence refinement into a cohesive ecosystem that reflects who you are now and supports where your business is evolving next. Every suite is customized to the founder, the business, and the desired pace of growth. The goal is to create a brand experience that feels elevated, immersive, emotionally resonant, and sustainable to maintain over time. Depending on scope, the suite may include: Brand identity design Messaging and positioning refinement Website creative direction and design Offer and customer experience refinement Visual systems and brand world development Strategic restructuring recommendations Content and digital presence direction This is not a templated package. Scope, pacing, and deliverables are confirmed after the application and review process to ensure the experience is tailored to the needs of the business. The result is a brand that feels refined, distinctive, cohesive, and fully aligned with the next era of your work. Available by application only.


Cancellation Policy

1. Pricing and duration The investment for a Brand Consultation is $35.00 USD for a 30-minute session. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your consultation slot. 2. Booking, payment, and intake form All consultations are booked and paid through our website via Wix. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. After booking, you’ll be directed to complete a brief Client Intake Form to help us understand your goals in advance. The intake form is required. If your session is more than 24 hours away, the form must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. If your session is within 24 hours, the form must be submitted as soon as possible after booking, and no later than 2 hours before your scheduled start time. If the intake form is not submitted by the required deadline, the session will be treated as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 3. Rescheduling and cancellations We understand life happens. Please review our policies: Rescheduling (48+ hours’ notice): You may reschedule one time if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Contact: hello@11designstudio.net Rescheduling (under 48 hours): Treated as a cancellation; the $35 fee is non-refundable. Cancellations (48+ hours): Fully refundable. Cancellations (under 48 hours): Non-refundable. 4. Lateness and no-shows Late arrivals: Sessions begin promptly. If you arrive late, your session will be shorter (example: 10 minutes late = 20-minute session). No-shows: If you do not join within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be marked as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 5. Meeting details All consultations are held virtually via Zoom, unless otherwise noted. A secure meeting link will be included in your confirmation email. Please test your camera, microphone, and internet connection in advance. Thank you for respecting our time and process.
