Service Description
Website Audits A layered review of your website experience, structure, messaging, and visual presentation, designed to uncover friction points, improve clarity, strengthen emotional resonance, and support a more intentional customer journey. Mini Website Audit — $450 A focused review of your website’s overall feel, usability, visual presentation, and customer experience. Includes key friction points, 3 to 5 strategic corrections, and a clear direction for refinement. Signature Website Audit — $2,000 A deeper evaluation of your website structure, messaging flow, user experience, visual consistency, conversion pathways, and audience perception. Includes detailed observations, strategic recommendations, and a more expansive refinement direction across multiple touchpoints. Full Experiential Website Audit — $4,000 A comprehensive high-level audit of your full digital experience. Includes in-depth analysis of website strategy, emotional experience, navigation flow, messaging alignment, conversion experience, visual communication, mobile experience, and overall customer journey, along with extensive strategic guidance and refinement recommendations.
Cancellation Policy
1. Pricing and duration The investment for a Brand Consultation is $35.00 USD for a 30-minute session. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your consultation slot. 2. Booking, payment, and intake form All consultations are booked and paid through our website via Wix. We accept credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. Your appointment is not confirmed until payment is successfully processed. After booking, you’ll be directed to complete a brief Client Intake Form to help us understand your goals in advance. The intake form is required. If your session is more than 24 hours away, the form must be submitted at least 24 hours before your session. If your session is within 24 hours, the form must be submitted as soon as possible after booking, and no later than 2 hours before your scheduled start time. If the intake form is not submitted by the required deadline, the session will be treated as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 3. Rescheduling and cancellations We understand life happens. Please review our policies: Rescheduling (48+ hours’ notice): You may reschedule one time if requested at least 48 hours in advance. Contact: hello@11designstudio.net Rescheduling (under 48 hours): Treated as a cancellation; the $35 fee is non-refundable. Cancellations (48+ hours): Fully refundable. Cancellations (under 48 hours): Non-refundable. 4. Lateness and no-shows Late arrivals: Sessions begin promptly. If you arrive late, your session will be shorter (example: 10 minutes late = 20-minute session). No-shows: If you do not join within 15 minutes of your scheduled time, it will be marked as a no-show and the fee will be forfeited. 5. Meeting details All consultations are held virtually via Zoom, unless otherwise noted. A secure meeting link will be included in your confirmation email. Please test your camera, microphone, and internet connection in advance. Thank you for respecting our time and process.
